Where to: A mini cyclocross style loop around Inch Park to get us in tip top shape for the 2025/26 cyclocross season. This will be a skills based session with some race simulations in a format to suit a mixed ability group. It’s been a super dry spring/summer so any off-road bike will be suitable.
It is NOT a coached session, it’s a skills practice session.

How far: The loop won’t be more than 1 km. We’ll be doing various training drills in a short circuit for about 1 - 1.5 hours. We’ll predominantly be riding on grass with some short sections of single track.
What pace: This will be a skills focussed training ride but that will include some “race pace” drills. The circuit will be short and the session will suitable for a range of abilities from beginners to CX regulars!
Any stops: None planned, remember snacks
