What pace: Faster than our night rides, with less stops but we’ll regroup at the top and bottom of climbs/descents. Not suitable for beginners.

Best suited bike will be a cross-country moutain bike. Some technical descents but nothing scary, certainly nothing where your wheels need to leave the ground!
